At iDog we believe our fur-clients and their parents should have the opportunity to meet their walkers before starting services for both comfort and safety. We require a Meet & Greet prior to beginning any care services to allow for proper introductions and assure we are the right fit.

M&G’s take about 30 minutes and are available weekdays ($30) from 3pm – 6pm and weekends ($35-$40) depending on availability.

Please keep in mind M&G’s do have a charge ($30-$40) so that iDog staff may be compensated for their time and travel expenses. This fee is waived for clients within our partner buildings.

Dog walk packages require a minimum number of services per month, each package has a minimum monthly payment. This is similar to a monthly service subscription.

Clients may create customized service packages including walks, daycare, and dog park services. The package rate per service shall be applied.

iDog requires notification of package selection or cancellation by the 5th of the month. Package alterations after the 5th of the month are not permitted.

All package invoices are due on the 5th of that month, any overpaid balance remaining at the close of the month will be credited to your iDog account. Any negative balances will be billed at the close of the month

If you cancel services dropping you under the required minimum services for the month, the package value will be billed in full.

iDog walkers do not carry keys, instead keys are housed onsite at our clients location in one of three ways:

1. Lock Box: Client keys are placed within a secure lockbox. Only iDog staff assigned to your dog’s walks have access to the combination. These can be place outside of homes or hung securely on apartment doors and can be used in combination with call boxes. *PREFERRED

2. Concierge: Client keys are picked up from building concierges in exchange for their ID during the course of the walk. Clients are required to notify their concierge to give iDog access. When selecting this option please ensure you have a reliable concierge.

3. Smart Lock Code: Only iDog staff assigned to your dog’s walks have access to the combination. *PREFERRED

Your walker will arrive within a 2 hour time window of your choice. If you have greater flexibility for a larger time window please let us know. Time frames outside of regular operating hours (9am – 6pm) incur an additional charge.

Clients with puppies under 6 months of age may request a 1 hour time window.

• Early Bird (7am – 9am) – $5

Time frames starting before 9am.

• Late Bird (6pm – 10pm) – $5

Time frames starting as of 6pm.

Feeding: Free, please leave feeding instructions within portal.

Oral or Topical Medication: Free, please leave instructions within portal.

Intravenous Medication: $10 per instance, please leave instructions in portal.

Mail / Package Collection: Free, please submit note with your service request.

We cannot guarantee on demand availability, but will do our best to keep your tail covered! All late requests will include a minimum $5 fee.

Weekdays: 24 hours notice minimum. $5+

Weekends: 48 hours notice minimum. $10+

Weekday Walks:

$5 fee: Under 24 hours notice for walks between 10am – 6pm

$10 fee: Same day request, under 24 hr notice on morning and evening walks.

Weekend / Holiday Walks

$10 fee: under 48 hours notice for walks anytime on weekends or holidays.

Cancellations are billed in full after the required notice period. The notice period applies as of the beginning of the time frame. Cancellations prior to the required notice period will be credited to clients iDog account for later use.

Weekdays: 24 hours minimum notice to be credited for the walk.

Weekends & Holidays: 48 hours minimum notice to be credited for the walk.
